Our tutors develop unique SCA cases based on real GP consultations and feedback from our trainees and educators
The cases are tailored to meet the SCA standard and cover all 12 clinical experience groups
The cases are detailed and developed to be responsive to individual trainee’s styles
Audience Participation
Audience members experience live SCA Cases and will be given marking criteria to help them gain insight into how to perform well for the actual SCA exam
The audience will be given the opportunity to give feedback on the consultations and ask the tutors case-related questions
Candidates for cases are selected through random selection or volunteering on the day depending on the circumstances

After each of the 6 consultations your tutors using the SCA standard, domains and capabilities data will mark your performance Globally
Your area of strength will be identified
Your areas of weakness will be explored, and suggestions made for improvement
We will also give you a suggested format for the SCA Consultation during the feedback
